Do Subliminals Actually Work?

You’d have to be delusional for it to work — no really…

Subliminals are not real… they don’t work. Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s try to understand why so many people believe they work and claim that they see the results they want.

It’s pure delusion. When you live in your own head — your own little reality — you can believe anything to be true even if it’s not.

It’s one thing to believe in something. It’s one thing to manifest something in a way that’s combined with ambition and effort.

But it’s another thing to listen to some sort of music and expect what you want to happen … just by imagining it to happen.

Apparently, subliminals include hidden messages and affirmations that can reprogram your brain, bypassing your conscious mind and influencing your behavior.

I didn’t know about this until a while back when I used to do health and wellness content writing. While researching a beauty topic on how to help smooth out necklines (or tech neck), I came across a YouTube video. Out of curiosity, I clicked on it.

What did I see? Subliminal music to get rid of necklines…

Naturally, as one does, I headed straight to the comments.
